Most bars which are available in ordinary Polish stores, whether local or supermarkets, are not vegan. Rarely they’re based on nuts or oatmeal, glued by shameful glucose-fructose syrup.
They may be found mainly in specialist shops, vegan or organic, which are not popular.
Another option is to make this delicious bars at home – and this is where I run to share.

Ingredients for 8″ pan:
chocolate layer:
90g of coconut oil (5 tbsp heaping)
20g cocoa powder (4 tbsp)
3 tsp of agave syrup
nougat layer:
60g of coconut oil (4 tbsp)
3 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp soy milk
¾ – 1 cup ground almonds into flour
caramel layer:
10 dates, soaked in water
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1-2 tsp of water
a few peanuts for garnish

1. Melt coconut oil in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients of chocolate layer and mix properly. Pour into a cake pan lined with kitchen foil and place in the freezer. Leave for 10 minutes to freeze the chocolate.
2. Grind almonds into flour, put into a bowl, to which add the remaining ingredients for nougat.
Mix and pour over the chocolate layer, then put into the freezer again, this time for 30 minutes.
3. Drain dates with water and lightly squeeze. Mix in a small blender or mash with a fork with the rest of caramel ingredients. If you use peanut butter without salt, add a pinch or two. With a spoon smear the caramel mass over nougat, which should be already frozen.
4. Garnish with peanuts and leave in the freezer for an hour. Then serve and keep refrigerated.
